 Indian Delegation Explores Partnership in Ghana

Two Indian entrepreneurs have visited Ghana to explore potential partnerships in technology and education sectors. Their visit, part of a broader strategy to strengthen Ghana–India business relations, included meetings with local stakeholders to identify opportunities for collaboration.

Discussions focused on knowledge exchange, joint ventures, and investment in digital infrastructure to boost youth skills development and entrepreneurship. Both sides expressed optimism that the partnership could open new doors for innovation, job creation, and cultural exchange between the two nations.

More than 70 educators have undergone training in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics (STEAM) in Ghana, as part of efforts to modernise teaching methods and inspire young learners.

Youth Leadership Talks with Kumasi Chamber of Commerce

 The Kumasi Chamber of Commerce and Industry has opened discussions with local stakeholders on how to nurture the next generation of leaders in Ghana. At a meeting held this week, business leaders, educators, and ICT coordinators shared ideas on how to prepare young people for leadership roles in an increasingly digital and interconnected economy.The dialogue stressed the importance of combining entrepreneurship, sustainability, and digital skills to empower young leaders who can respond to Ghana’s evolving challenges. Participants described the initiative as a “step toward building a resilient, forward-thinking leadership pipeline.”

 Cybersecurity Awareness Campaign Targets 5,000 Students

 As part of Cybersecurity Awareness Month, educators and ICT leaders in the Ashanti Region are rolling out a campaign to reach more than 5,000 junior and senior high school students with digital safety training.

The program, dubbed Stay Safe Online, seeks to equip young people with the skills to navigate cyberspace responsibly, avoid cyberbullying, and protect their digital identities. Organisers say the initiative is vital at a time when irresponsible online behavior is becoming increasingly normalized among youth.
